This will depend on your commercial strategy for the event and we will be pleased to offer advice, based on our experience to help you find the right balance. Please bear in mind that our professional team will ensure that your staff only need be involved in strategic or social hosting.

How do I know whether an outdoor daytime event is more effective than an evening event in an upmarket location?

Essentially, either can be highly effective. Which to choose can be dependent on a number of factors. All our consultations are free of both charge and obligation and we would be happy to discuss your requirements in detail and help you to make the right choice of event.

What happens if the event is outside and it rains?

We have never had an event that has been spoiled by adverse weather conditions. We provide mini marquee shelters at every activity station, so that guests are not exposed to the elements for long. These also act as excellent shade on the days when the sun is strong. Our events are well-organised and fast-moving, which is a great antidote to a bad weather day, all of which adds to the ‘I was there’ spirit.

Do I need to take our any additional insurance?

Absolutely no. We are comprehensively insured for £5 million by leading underwriters and this service, and cost, is included as part of your event package.

What kind of timeframe should we be working to?

Yours! We have, literally, provided events at a day’s notice – although we would generally like a longer lead time!

I want to make sure that all my staff has the opportunity to network on the day – how can I do that?

You don’t make sure your staff is able to network – we do! Our professional management leaves them – and you – completely free to relax, network and enjoy!
